Residence 9, Residence 7 and Duraflex flush casements are all designed to replicate the look and feel of solid wooden windows and their associated features making it virtually impossible to tell the difference.
It enables you to replace your window with an authentic design and in authentic colours, without losing the character, appearance and feel of the period. Crucially, you can now achieve this in a virtually maintenance-free composite material.
Residence 9, Residence 7 and Duraflex windows are made and hand-finished by craftsmen and are manufactured from modern composite materials to give a virtually maintenance-free finish. Only available in heritage colours, the “easy clean rebates” are also foiled in the same finish, which means that the high end, maintenance-free appearance is maintained when the window is open.

19th Century window were always painted and never stained. So Residence 9 is available in a range of traditional colours. The most popular white finish is available in 2 variants. “Woodgrain White” has an authentic wood grain pattern and contemporary white is more of a matt satin finish. If the white is too crisp, why not try our “Nice Cream”. Other traditional colours are available and for more modern properties there are some very contemporary greys and greens.
