Saracen Window Security

A window fitted with a Saracen shoot bolt, Saracen high security friction hinge and an automatically locking handle, secures the window to the frame at 5 different points.

At the turn of a handle, a central deadlock or cams locate into the frame, whilst high strength bolts lock into keeps positioning in the top and bottom corners of the frame.

The friction hinge locks into the outer corners, making it impossible to force the window and greatly enhancing the weathering seal.

Saracen Hinges

Saracen friction hinges are made of high grade stainless steel, and lock deep into end caps made from ICI Verton - material used in the aerospace and automotive industries.

All of this makes the hinge 4 times more resistant to attack than conventional hinges.
